Everything you need to control your gates and doors

A connected system spanning the resident's phone, the visitor's pass (one person, one phone, a code that never sits still), the reader at every gate and door, and the dashboard in the back office.

How a pass stays with the person you sent it to

Gate codes, fobs, and static QR passes all work for whoever is holding them. A GateWing pass works for one person.

  1. 1

    A resident sends a pass

They enter the guest's name, phone or email, and the visit window. The pass goes out by text, email, or WhatsApp, scoped to their address and nothing else.

  2. 2

Only the guest can open it

Opening the pass takes a 6-digit code sent to the phone or email the resident entered, by text, email, or WhatsApp. A forwarded link is useless without it.

  3. 3

    It's tied to that phone

The pass lives on the phone it was opened on. Opening it on any other phone means verifying again with a code sent to the guest.

  4. 4

    The code never sits still

The QR code changes every 10 seconds by default, so a screenshot is dead before it reaches the reader.

  5. 5

    The reader decides

Every scan is checked against the property, the visit window, and the live code, then logged as allowed or denied.

Built for everyone at the entrance

Residents get a faster way to let people in. Guests get in without an app. Managers finally know who came through.

For residents

  • Invite a guest in seconds from any phone or computer
  • Passes go out by text or email, and WhatsApp for international numbers
  • Set the visit window, add a vehicle plate, and revoke a pass anytime
  • See upcoming, active, and past visitors at a glance

For guests

  • No app to install and no account to create
  • International guests get their pass and code on WhatsApp or email
  • Confirm with a code, then show the pass at the reader
  • Works at every entrance the community allows
  • The pass ends on its own when the visit does

For property managers

  • Manage properties, residents, and visitors for every site
  • Live access logs: every allow, deny, and expiry
  • Set pass length, code rotation, and verification rules per site
  • Register readers and see when one goes offline

One platform, every entrance

Visitor Access

Time-boxed, single-property passes that only the invited guest can open, on one phone at a time. The code rotates every few seconds, so screenshots and forwards are worthless.

Resident Invitations

Give residents a fast, self-serve way to invite guests, contractors, and deliveries — always scoped to their address and a time window.

Offline Edge Validation

Edge appliances validate credentials on site and keep granting access through internet outages, syncing when they reconnect.

LPR / Vehicle Access

Residents can add a guest's plate to an invite. Coming soon: dual validation at the gate, where the pass and the plate both have to match. One phone, one vehicle, no swaps.

Access Logs & Reporting

A complete record of every access decision — allowed, denied, expired, revoked — with entry point, credential, and appliance.

Integrations

Coming soon: connect PMS/HOA systems and identity providers. Webhooks and APIs are on the roadmap.

Hardware included. Keep the entrances you have.

GateWing connects to your existing entrances. We provide the hardware as part of the service and keep it running.

Readers

Readers for your existing gates and doors scan the pass and open the entrance. They're included with the service, so there's nothing to buy up front.

Offline edge appliance

An on-site appliance that keeps checking passes at every entrance when the internet drops, then syncs every decision when it's back.

Security, down to the reader

Passwordless sign-in, per-pass secrets, hashed device tokens, and an audit trail of every administrative change.
